A Transformational Education

Your High Point University education will prepare you as an expert in your chosen field, but it will also prepare you to adapt and grow throughout your life. Transformation is in HPU's DNA.

An Investment in Life Skills

Employers are looking for graduates who are prepared to be coachable, communicate with others different from themselves, build relationships, be adaptable and navigate complex problems. As the Premier Life Skills University, HPU answers the call.

Majors & Minors

Explore your options across 64 majors and 62 minors in our nine distinguished academic schools, starting with the top five programs.

A Plan for Undeclared Students

Did you know that nearly half of all college students enter college undecided on their major? At HPU, we partner with you to discover an academic pursuit you are passionate about—and we call the process Project Discovery.

Experiential Learning

You gain knowledge in the classroom and get wisdom through experience. That’s why 25% of everything taught at HPU happens outside of the classroom.
